Are Your Clients Happy With Your Product or Service?

Most of us are excellent in providing our main products and services.  However, do we really know what our customers / clients are thinking about our brand?  How often do they think about us?  Owning a business is no different than your relationship with your friends.  No one and no business only wants to be thought of when their customers need something.

Think about it.  We have all had that “friend” who only calls us when they need something.  We may not say it out loud but that “friend” views the relationship or friendship as a transaction one favor at a time.  We of course don’t like to have those “types” of friends.  Well… business is no different.

We want our clients to think of us when they hear stories of good customer service.  We want they to think hey my “123” company provides great customer service.  Or when their friends are discussing problem solving you want them to be able to reference YOUR business as having solved YOUR issue in such a way that they remember it.

So how do we make sure our clients are happy with us and remember us?  In two words, ASK THEM.

There are a myriad of ways to do this.  From having surveys, to pop up adds asking about the service to having a two button questionnaire during checkout on your site.   How you do it is not as important as ARE YOU DOING IT?

So go forth and prosper and remember to ask your clients in the ways that are most comfortable for you about how they like their experience with you.
